Well, back up after a freaky (but feel-good) dip yesterday. Still, the moving average is good and I feel on track. Tonight some of the mom's from Bella's school are coming over for wine/port & chocolate night. ::Gulp:: It will be a serious test of will power to say no to the dessert offerings, especially the dark chocolate-ginger ganache tart I put together this morning.

Anyway, between getting ready for the event tonight and running errands, I had to keep my gym time relatively short. Luckily, the Crossfit WOD was full of things I need to work on anyway.

Workout:
Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
21 Burpees
Run 400 meters

I felt like I could have gone harder on the rowing, and burpees are not a strong suit, but looking at the crossfit mainsite board, it looks like my time doesn't totally suck. I'd like to see a sub-20 on this next time around.
