It’s been a lot more stumbling and a lot less fitness over the past six weeks. The holidays definitely broke my fitness stride, and it’s been a struggle to get back into my routine. (I feel like that’s a very common theme in my blog.) I don’t think I’ve missed a whole week, but the gym has been a lot more sporadic: two or four times a week and mostly cardio, which does not give me the same feeling of physical accomplishment that a weight room session does (also doesn’t let me eat as much, so I’m seeing some holiday weight gain.
